El Microchip Technology Inc. MCP120/130 es un dispositivo de supervisión de voltaje diseñado para mantener un microcontrolador en reinicio hasta que el voltaje del sistema haya alcanzado el nivel adecuado y se haya estabilizado.También funciona como protección contra condiciones de apagón cuando el voltaje de alimentación cae por debajo de un nivel de funcionamiento seguro.Ambos dispositivos están disponibles con una selección de siete voltajes de salida diferentes y ambos tienen salidas de drenaje abiertas.
