Cada serie cuenta con un detector de bajo voltaje de alta precisión con histeresis y un generador de retraso de tiempo programable externamente.La serie NCP302 consta de dispositivos de salida complementarios que están disponibles con un ajuste activo alto o bajo activo. La serie NCP303 tiene una salida de canal N de drenaje abierto con una salida activa de reinicio bajo.
