Las series BU42xx y BU43xx de ROHM son circuitos integrados de detección de voltaje CMOS con retraso de salida ajustable.La línea se estableció con dos tipos de salida (Nch de drenaje abierto y salida CMOS) y los voltajes de detección van desde 0.9V a 4.8V en incrementos de 0,1V, de modo que la serie pueda seleccionarse según la aplicación.
