El AT27C020 es un bajo consumo, de alto rendimiento, 2,097,152-bit, memoria de sólo lectura programable de una sola vez (OTP EPROM) organizada como 256K por 8 bits. Requiere sólo una fuente de alimentación de 5V en el funcionamiento normal del modo de lectura.Cualquier byte se puede acceder en menos de 55 nsEn el modo de lectura, el AT27C020 normalmente consume 8 mA.La corriente de alimentación en modo de espera es normalmente inferior a 10 μA.
